NEW FILE
A link `NEW FILE` is located above the path. Using this function you can create new text file in the current directory. You must have `write` permission on the current directory in order to create new file in it. This link will open the editor. SAVE button will not be present on the control panel until save and name new file using SAVE AS button. Click HERE for more info on file editor
