COPY & PASTE
This function allows to copy and paste any number of files and directories. When you select some files and directories and hit COPY button, the info on of copied files and directories will be places into the clipboard, and PASTE button will appear next to COPY button. The content of the clipboard will not be cleared before you hit on PASTE button. If before pressing PASTE button you will copy another set of files and directories the content of the clipboard will be substituted with the last selection. To paste the selected files and directories go to the destination directory and hit PASTE. If some file or directory names inside the destination location duplicate the copied ones a message will warn you that files and/or directories in the destination location will be overwritten. You can select which files or directories to be overwritten using checkboxes beside filenames or cancel the operation (see picture below):
If source and destination locations is the same directory then the pasted files and directory names will be modified like this: A file filename.ext will be copied into the file filename[1].ext If a file or directory with the suffix [1] already exists, then new file or directory will be given suffix [2]. And so on.
