ERROR HANDLING

It is assumed that the queries generated by Mysql Data Manager have correct syntax. Nevertheless any data entered by user into HTML forms can be incorrect that can cause errors.

In case MAJOR error occurrence, the program aborts further activities and displays the received error message, error code (if available) and "Back" button leading the user back to the previous page.

MINOR errors in most cases are printed on the top of current page.

There are two types of error messages: natively Mysql generated error messages containing error code and messages generated by Mysql Data Manager as a result of user’s data verivication.

It is strongly recommended to avoid using "Back" facility of the web browser.  In some cases it may cause severe data errors, data loss or table structure corruption .
